Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. To request a return please contact us as soon as possible, explaining your reasoning.
- We recommend you return your items via a Tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items in the returns process.
- Customer is liable for return postage costs
- Items must be returned in an unused condition.
- A 50% restocking fee applies on returns of cut lengths of rope.
- All items are made to order therefore we cannot accept returns for items with splicing work
