Super tender mooring lines
At Ocean Rope we specialise in custom rope work projects for all applications. We were asked to make up these custom Superyacht tender mooring lines for an open tender and a limousine tender.
The brief was to produce a hardwearing mooring line but remaining aesthetically pleasing.
We produced the lines in 14mm Dockline with 24 plait polyester cover for durability. The large eyes were covered in polyester tubular webbing to mitigate chafe on the mooring cleats.
The process of covering the eyes was extremely time consuming but patience produced a professional finish, much neater than any option available off the shelf.
